Lane Carter
Lane grew up in Kansas City, MO and graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina in 2002 where she played soccer. She entered the mortgage industry with Wachovia and went on to join Truth and Lending in 2005. This gave her the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge on both the bank and brokerage side of the business. She most enjoys working with Truth and Lending because being with a broker allows her to find clients the best rates and programs available in the market. Lane is currently a loan officer and branch manager of the Decatur office. She lives with her husband, Chris and two dogs, Hadley and Logan, in the Old Fourth Ward.
Reina Bauer
Reina Bauer has been working in the mortgage industry for over 5 years with uncompromising standards of integrity, honesty and service. Prior to work in the mortgage industry Reina Bauer was a fundraiser for several national non-profit foundations and a successful entrepreneur of her own business. She has lived all over the world and speaks English, Spanish and Russian. "Finding the right loan is equally as important as finding the right home. I handle the entire loan process in a professional manner through consistent communication, guaranteed rates and closing costs and personal representation at closing to ensure each of my clients is exceptionally satisfied."
Mack Perry
Mack has been in the mortgage industry for just over 2 years. Prior to that his experience includes real estate closing coordinator, retail management, rep with a sub-prime finance company, and financial planning. Mack lives in Gwinnett County and has a wife of over 5 years and a newborn baby boy, Lincoln. Outside of work he enjoys bowling, video games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Khalil Haskins
Khalil Haskins, Senior Loan Consultant for Truth and Lending, was born in Baltimore, MD and raised in Cairo, Egypt. Khalil graduated from Hampton University, Hampton, VA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Business Management. After graduating College in 1999, Khalil began his financial career working for Merrill Lynch before becoming a licensed realtor. After 3 years of success as a realtor and joining the Million Dollar Realtor Club, he began processing loans for a mortgage company while continuing his career as a realtor. Since then, he has become a successful loan officer and has originated loans in more than 25 states. "I’m in the mortgage business because I like numbers and I love helping people achieve their financial goals."
Gary Diamond
With 17 years in the mortgage profession Gary has grown accustomed to rapidly changing markets. From the very first Community Homebuyer loan closed in 1991 to the 100% loans of today, Gary has continued his goal of giving his clients the best loan for their situation while maintaining the highest integrity in industry. Honesty, integrity & reliability are Gary’s motto.
Ebony Whitaker
Ebony Whitaker is a Loan Processor who specializes in helping borrowers meet their mortgage needs. Prior to coming on board with Truth and Lending, Inc in July, 2007, Ebony spent 6 years in the mortgage industry focusing on processing, underwriting and building sound relationships with Lenders, RE Agents, Builders, borrower’s, appraisers, insurance agents and more. Ebony prides herself on excellent customer service and makes herself available to clients at all times. Ebony enjoys spending time with her three small children and transfers that energy into her care and concern for her clients.
Ann Milano
Ann has extensive real estate insight due to her many years as a realtor. A senior loan officer since 2004, she began her work in real estate in 1996. Ann was associate real estate broker with RE/MAX Communities, and Broker with Poma Properties in S.C. since 2006. Tiphanie Curson
Tiphanie has been in the mortgage industry for over two years, and is currently the Loan Coordinator for Truth and Lending. As a native Atlantan Tiphanie has seen the city change over the years, especially intown neighborhoods. Per her opinion she lives in the best neighborhood in Atlanta (Virginia Highland) and can walk to all restaurants and shopping as well as her office. Tiphanie enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her family.
Jaime Kahn
Jaime was born in Colorado and raised in Georgia. She is a full time student at Georgia State, as well as Laura’s Personal Assistant. Jaime enjoys taking her dog to the park and experiencing all Atlanta has to offer.
Steve McAllister
Steve was born in New York City and raised in Columbia, SC until he was 18 years old. He attended Hampton University where he obtained a B.S in Biology Pre-med. In 1999 he moved to New York City and became retail investment banker on Wall Street. In 2006 he moved to Georgia where he became involved in real estate investment and mortgages. Math is his favorite subject and he loves working with and helping people.
