About Laura

Laura Sosa-Rocha Witte has been a home lending expert for over 20 years. She was the first women loan officer to achieve the #1 spot and for 3 years in a row. She has consistently been in the top 10 loan officers in the state and top 1% of the country and it’s all based on her loyal clients and referral partners. Her business is 100% referral because she puts her heart and soul into every loan she originates. Even though she is at the top of her field she still speaks to every single borrower to make sure they are getting what they want.  Laura and the Truth and Lending team put in every effort to achieve that.

Laura aligns herself with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and has appeared on HGTV, CBS News and Clark Howard twice as a mortgage expert. She also mentors women on how they can achieve success no matter what their background, that they can change their life at anytime.  When Laura is not working, she enjoys singing with her band, hiking, spending time with her husband Mark, their five children and the family dogs - Lola and Gus.
